- We must have your generator serial number to confirm compatibility to sell you this controller
- You must have access to SIB-14-14-ELIQ in order to install this controller. We are not allowed to provide that to you. That is a Generac internal document for dealers. You will not be able to program this controller without this SIB
- Many parameters are necessary to program into this controller specific to your generator. We simply do not have the ability to help you with it. Enter anything incorrectly and it will not function. No warranty unless installed by a Generac Authorized Service Dealer
- We cannot and will not take it back for any reason. Knowing all this and you choose to move forward we are happy to sell you the controller. It is more important to us that we be transparent and fair to our customers than to make a sale without you knowing up front your circumstance
