Default Looking for owner's manual for Generac 09067-8

I am working on a Generac 8KW belt driven generator and have been looking for the owner's manual. Model 09067-8 Series 8KW HSB Serial 1585269 I found one for a 9067-0 but it has a 480cc engine and I think mine has a 570cc engine. The engine is a B&S
Model 350775 Type 0119-01 4011 Code 95020611 I have low compression on cylinder #1 because of the exaust valve is not sealing. If I need parts can I just use the B&S part numbers or should I find a gernaic model with the 570cc and use those part numbers? Only has 450 hours on it so I am hoping for the best but expecting the worst. Thanks for any help. Dennis

Would you please double-check both the brand name (Generac makes equipment with several different brands on them) and the model number as shown on the ID label?

It says generac on the door that opens and also on the tag on the inside of the housing. "ricor" posted 4 weeks ago with a 09067-7 and mine is a 09067-8. Strange that these numbers do not show up in many places on the net. I do not know if it is normal for the engine size change going from a -0 to a -8. Thanks for looking, Dennis

ps The other numbers are off the tag on the inside and off the base of the engine.

Default Did you ever find this model?

I was wondering if anyone ever found this model? 09067-7 or -8

Mine is propane and gasoline, and everyone I talked to says it doesn't exist.

I need to know how to switch to gasoline, or do I not need to do anything?

Also, I'd love to find the manual.

Thanks!

Default Generac 09067

If you ever find this manual, will you please tell me? I have this generator also. It was already at the house I bought. The previous owner did not have it hooked up to start automatically so we have to start it ourselves (and are having some issues right now) and no one knows anything about it. Ours is attached to the natural gas of the house

I assume Dennis loosened his exhaust valve and had no more problems.
I would like to see more pics of these generators if anyone can post some.
jwhitrn- What issues are you having?

Those are really old units which are not in the current data base. I think they are on an old micro fiche system thatI don't have. The engine parts should be available from a B&S dealer. Good Luck, Peddler
