From what I could find tonight these are the only manuals pertaining to this model:
http://www.generator-parts.com/manuals/home-standby/083045.pdf
http://www.guardiangenerators.com/Documents/ViewPDF.aspx?ItemNbr=0C2165&dtMO=02/12/2009&typ=m

Any direction you can point me to more or should this be enough?

Again, our company is new to generators and my boss is placing me on all the calls. My factory training is scheduled for April... So I am in totally new territory. Customers are skeptical anyway when they see a 22 year old kid show up.

I decided to tell the customer we would need to gather more service literature before moving foward with troubleshooting.
This is the oldest I have been on. We were out 4 months ago at the first of a 3 day outage. Replaced battery and generator started and ran through no problems. Short outage last night. Upon arrival found no LED lights on. Checked battery voltage at 4.5 volts cables connected. Remove cables from battery and check cable. Voltage starts at 2 volts and climbs to 48 volts? (Time for new meter? I've had DC issues before.)

Wiggle the 15 amp fuse trying remove and all LED lights come on. Switch between auto/off/manual. Lights went off when on auto and came back on when switch to off. Back to auto and lights stayed on.

This link for the owner's manual (http://www.guardiangenerators.com/Documents/ViewPDF.aspx?ItemNbr=0C2369&dtMO=02/12/2009&typ=m) might be handy.
